Italy is a fantastic sailing ground and we have bases in the best sailing locations. From the north of Italy, you can sail along the Riviera Levante, or to the islands of Elba or Corsica. From the south of Italy, you can sail to the Aeolian islands or Sicily.
The Riviera Levante, is picturesque and rugged. From picturesque villages to stylish towns, this area has it all. Enjoy the scenery of the world heritage site, Cinque Terre, with pastel coloured houses clinging to the slopes.
Elba is a favourite with many sailors, offering spectacular scenery and beautiful coves.
Corsica is renown for its unique landscape - hidden coves, stunning waterfalls, sea-swept coastline, spiky outcrops and plunging canyons. This makes the island one of the most impressive in the Mediterranean for sailors.
The diverse Aeolian islands are a volcanic archipelago located just of the northern coast of Sicily in the Tyrrhenian Sea. The seven little volcanic islands are surrounded by a warm and deep sea in an out-of-time atmosphere. Enjoy Vulcano's mudbaths, the green landscapes of Salina and Stromboli's active volcano.
In a longer trip, you can circumnavigate Sicily, the island in the sun, home to beautiful beaches and majestic mountains including the natural wonder of Mount Etna. Sail to beautiful islands of Malta, under deep blue skies with reliable steady sailing winds, many natural anchorages, and protected coves. Malta's coastline is full of craggy inlets and secluded bays. Or sail to the Amalfi coast and Capri. The coast is one of Europe's most stunning coastlines. The steep rugged mountain cliffs, with picturesque villages, drop dramatically into the deep blue Mediterranean. Visit the Blue Grotto on gorgeous Capri.
