This sight was called the bus stop in previous years because large pelagic were known to park in this area. Dive and Trek established the sanctuary in 1994. In 1996 the owner, Jun Zamora together with the Ocean Heritage Foundation seeded the first batch of giant clams. Today the sanctuary is a testament of success as it houses marine life in abundance. Including a school of over 5,000 jacks/trevallies. Turtles and sharks have also been spotted patrolling the area.
Batcave has an average depth of 70ft (18m) and was named as such because large batfish used to reside here, it is now marked by a cross where numerous surgeonfish flock for fish feeding. Basilica, with the same depth, also marked by a cross, the back of the attoll has large fan corals and frog fish have.
