Organise And Conduct Dive Trips - Training Overview
Module 1: Watermanship And General Diving Skills.
- 400-metre free swimming, time limits apply
- 10 minutes tread water, hands above the surface of the water during the last 2 minutes
- 800-metre swim with fins, mask and snorkel, time limits apply
- 100-metre exhausted-diver tow, time limits apply
- 20 course simulation exercises removal and exchange of equipment using one air source rescue of a non-breathing diver.
Module 2: General Theory
- dive planning and management and control
- supervision of students diving training
- diving physics and physiology
- equipment; diving skills and environment
- dive tables followed by 8 tests.
Module 3: Teaching As a PADI Open Water Assistant(7 days)
- Follow one Open Water Course (3 days)
- One advanced diver session(2 days)
- Or une rescue diver session (2 days) or dive conducting as “divemastrer”.
Course Schedule
* 1st day: module 1 exercises and organisation of the training course (particularly, classroom lessons)
* theory: a lot of personal work (read PADI books: lecture session can be condcted by an instructor at a price of 3000 Fcfp/hour)
- dive management: following our training course program with normal customers for at least the OW course
- certain written tests can be taken separately
- underwater mapmaking
- development of an emergency assistance plan at the beginning of the course.
To Qualify For PADI Divemaster Training, You will need to:
- have logged 30 dives prior to entry into the training and completed and logged a minimum of 60 dives prior to certification
- to be 18 or over
- to be certified as a PADI Rescue diver and to hold a first aid certificate of less than 2 years
submit a medical exam form issued within the past year.

Dive supervision sessions in the swimming pool are free of charge but no equipment is provided.
You must rent your divemaster equipment
