I can set up an excellent Hunt with high success rates, I provide licensing, accommodations, food and transportation. I was born and raised in the Bitterroot Mountains of Montana and Idaho, I have had the good fortune of being a Guide and Outfitter since 1974. With over 30 years of hunting experience in this region, you can have confidence in selecting me as your Outfitter.
I am committed to providing you an excellent hunting experience. My love for the outdoors and respect for the wildlife, coupled with my hunting experience, has taught myself and crew valuable lessons in guiding for ‘fair chase’ big game hunts.

My company offers Archery and Rifle guided ‘fair chase’ hunts for Elk, Deer, Black Bear, Antelope, Cougar, Moose, Sheep and Mountain Goat in the Spring & Fall seasons. Some of these hunts have guaranteed license and tags available to HUNTERS if hunting with an Outfitter and applied for in advance. (March 15 for Elk and Deer, June 1 for Antelope, and 30 days prior to the opening of Bear seasons).
We offer hunts for Antelope, Mountain Lion, Mountain Goat, Moose and Big Horn Sheep if you have appropriate license and tag. These hunts are on a drawing and if unsuccessful, your deposit is transferred to another hunt. I will do all necessary paperwork, and forward the application to you for signature and appropriate funds to be mailed by deadline of the application.
The beautiful Bitterroot and Sapphire Mountains with their majestic peaks are home to trophy size Big Game. Our Montana areas for hunting are in the Bitterroot and Lolo National Forests of Western Montana. License number 163. Permitted on over 2 million acres, including areas: 240, 250, 260, 261, 270 and area 700. Hotel or Bunkhouse facilities for housing are also available for some hunts.
Hunting access to the Bitterroot and Lolo Forests is primary by 4 x 4 vehicle. Horses and mules are used for game retrieval. Most hunting is done on foot. Since there are many remote roadless areas available, our guides try to hunt places with little or no hunting pressure from other hunters.
Professional Guides are licensed and trained in calling, stalking, dressing, capping, skinning, and will get your game to a processor or cold storage.
In Montana, guides will truly work hard for you. Guides WILL NOT HUNT IN COMPETITION WITH YOU. Their sole job is to get you into the game and provide you with a safe hunt. We seriously consider the ability, comfort and safety of our guests!
All transportation to and from the airport is provided. All accommodations, meals, guides, 4 x 4 vehicles and equipment is provided. All you need is personal gear, weapon, license and tag. (For Antelope hunts, lodging is extra and you must arrive in Miles City, Montana).
I am well aware of the time, effort, and costs that go into planning Big Game Hunts. The success of your hunt, for the most part depends on the knowledge, experience, character and integrity of your Outfitter. I am licensed and insured to operate in Montana. Having been in Business for over 30 years as full-time Outfitter and Guide I have satisfied clients from all over the globe. My integrity has a track record that speaks for itself.
I strictly abide by the Code of Ethics of the National Rifle Association, Montana Outfitters and Guides Associations and the laws and regulations of Montana.
I want you to relax, bring a good attitude, have fun and enjoy your hunt. Your success will be in direct relation to how well you enjoy the hunt and your physical condition. Missoula International Airport (MSO) located in Missoula, Montana is served by many commercial airlines and is 40 miles away. Private planes can land at either Missoula or the Hamilton, Montana Airport. Let me know your flight number and arrival time so we can arrange to pick you up.
