It runs over two days or can be used as a one day program to "upgrade" Adventure Divers. Of the 5 Adventure Dives one must be the deep dive and another Underwater Navigation dive.
Our PADI Advanced Open Water Course provides Open Water divers with a structured and carefully supervised program to enhance their diving experiences. The course is designed to expose divers to a range of diving activities. After your five dives you will be more experienced, feel more comfortable in the water and derive greater pleasures from diving as you better understand the underwater environment. The Advanced Open Water courses of 5 dives known as ‘Adventure Dives’.
There are two core dives:
* Deep Diver - Learn the about dive planning, organization, techniques procedures and hazards about how to safely and confidently dive down to a maximum of 30 meters.
* Underwater Navigator - Learn how to use a compass and navigate underwater building up to you navigating the entire dive. And then the last three are electives, and its up to you, we recommend the following three:
- Multi-Level Diver Learn - About dive planning using both the Recreational Dive Planner and dive computers which allow you to spend longer underwater due to more advanced dive planning.
- Peak-Performance Buoyancy - A dive filled with exercises, in shallow water aimed at improving your buoyancy and buoyancy control. The aim is to help you improve your breathing techniques and therefore extend your bottom times.
- Underwater Naturalist - Learn a great deal more about the underwater realm with an in-depth study of the coral and marine life in the local area. This will help develop safe and responsible aquatic life interaction techniques.
But you can choose any elective adventure dive from the following subject to weather & tide conditions requirement:
* AWARE Fish Identification
