After eight years of rafting experience, we can confirm that… Rafting on the Buzau River offers the safest conditions to enjoy the adrenalin gained while you are rafting. The trail passes through a wide valley, without dangerous areas, without curves, which if aren’t taken properly the boat can rollover. So because of the wide valley, the rollover risk is practically eliminated. In the same time, the river has a constant flow, has areas with rapids, waterfalls which give you the intensity of the trail and make your blood to circulate. In general, the intensity what you can feel rafting on a safe river it is the same what you feel while you are boating on a lake. Not exactly an adventurous sport, isn’t it? That's why you'll love the Buzau River: it makes your blood circulate and saves you from rollovers better than any other river from this country. Program - 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 the group meets in front of the Siriu touring Pension (Mihai Viteazul road, nr. 50, Nehoiu, Buzau). This is the starting point. - 10:30 to 11:30 A brief training how to use the equipment properly and some techniques about rafting - 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m rafting on the Buzau river, the first part - 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Lunch break - 13:30 - 15: 00 rafting on the Buzau, the end of the route being Patarlagele. - 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Recreation and stories in the camp near the river, where we will delight our stomach with a large pot of gulas. The program repeats itself the next day on the same route.As a participant you can choose to participate just one day or you can go through the route twice for a special price mentioned below.
