The lodge is located in the small town of Fairlie. Approximately 35 minutes drive North West from Timaru airport the pick up port for the hunters. The lodge was build for the sole purpose of a ski lodge in the late 80's but now has been converted into Southern hunting safaris base camp. From here the furtherest hunting area is 1 hour drive. It has two full Queen size rooms plus two two single double rooms. It also has a big loft which normally sleeps the guides working here. There are two bath areas and a large modern kitchen with a huge deck to in enjoy the BBQ area. There is a full time cook during the hunting season and a modern clothes washing and drying area. We also have a fulling operating Suna great for after those long cold days on the hill.

We have access to the most spectacular hunting lodges in the South Island. All lodgings have luxurious facilities and are rated first class accommodation. We provide an exceptional and very personal home stay with lodgings situated on very large cattle, sheep and deer properties. Here you enjoy home cooked meals and a high quality of modern living in a classic homesteads. But for the hunter who wishes to relax and take in my lovely friendly and hospitable home town. We lease two beautiful cottages where you can relax and unwind after a hard days hunting. Here my family cooks fabulous New Zealand cuisine and prepare the food to you and/or your friends needs.
