Our company offers diving and snorkeling trips for all age- and experience levels from the novice to the tech diver. Our trips range from single day Catalina Island tours to multi-day adventures around the outer islands. We specialize in blue/mako shark expeditions. Our Center has a specially designed snorkel cage which allows even non-divers to safely observe sharks. Experienced divers may dive outside of the cage with a safety guide. Educational presentations and hands-on shark tagging is also provided. You may even get to kiss a shark!
We are available for you to charter the whole boat or book individual spots on an already existing trip. Our company offers comfortable bunking for sleeping onboard, homecooked meals, and curb side gear service. We have space for 28 divers/snorkelers on a single day, and 23 divers/snorkelers on an overnight trip. Our crew is very experienced. Capt. Manny has worked on this company for the past twelve years.
Our most popular destinations are:
- Catalina Island: Catalina Island is considered as the premier dive destination on the West Coast. Her tranquil waters are home to vibrant kelp forests, which are full of life and are one of the most beautiful and diverse ecosystems of the world. Snorkel or dive at breathtaking sites such as the magical Sea Fan Grotto and Eagle's Nest. Our experienced crew will take you off the beaten track to many pristine sites. Our specialties are the rugged backside and the West End.
- Santa Barbara Island: Experience the beauty of the sea lion's underwater ballet in its natural environment. Surround yourself with a multitude of young pups, never tired of playing with you. Observe huge elephant seals at the rookery. Discover bat rays and angel sharks at Webster's Cove.
Marvel at the array of nudibranchs and the layers of sea stars, covering the ocean floor at sites such as Brittle Star Reef. Dive the amazing underwater arch and lay your eyes on the rare purple coral or submerge into the Black Caverns. Santa Barbara Island is part of the Channel Islands National Park.
- San Clemente Island: Our most southern destination is definitely a special treat! This island does not only offer the warmest, but also the clearest water of the Channel Islands chain. San Clemente has got it all: underwater wreckage, coral gardens, caves, huge kelp canopies.
- Other Destinations: Some of the other destinations include: Farnsworth Banks (a preserve for purple hydrocoral), local wrecks such as the Valiant, San Nicolas Island, Begg Rock, and many more.
- Multi Day Trips: Customize your trip and combine any of the aforementioned destinations for multiple days of fun and excitement. Relax, party, and go shopping on shore at Avalon or Two Harbors after an exciting day on the water (available upon request).
Notes:
Single day Catalina trips are $99 per person, shark expeditions $189, multi-day trips range from $199-$399.
