Our company is located in McCarthy and Kennecott, Alaska, in the heart of the Wrangell Mountains. We have been in operation since 1978 are have become specialists in adventure in the Wrangell Mountains, Chugach Mountains and immense St. Elias Mountains.
We provide the unique chance for you to be the first person to set foot on an Alaskan mountain top or a hidden alpine valley. We offer a full spectrum of trips, including hiking, ice-climbing, backpacking, mountaineering, rafting and history tours. We operate fly-in trips to remote areas of the park, mountaineering trips in the Alaska Range, and day hikes and ice-climbing within walking distance of our offices.
Backpacker Magazine describes us as, "...some of the most experienced deep-backcountry guides in south-central Alaska," and Outside Magazine knows us to be "one the most experienced outfitters in the state." Please come share an adventure with us!
We work with our partner company to offer day and multi-day rafting trips and multi-sport adventures.
Notes:
We offer everything from 2.5 hour tours of the Kennecott Mill Town for $25 to 30 day mountaineering trips that run several thousand dollars. We specialize in small group sizes and custom trips - please contact us for more information!
