After more than 10 years of great diving around Koh Phangan our policy is unchanged and simple. We still believe that dive safety, consistently high standards and customer satisfaction must always come first. Although we do have an unbroken safety record, it is good to know that we are a fully insured and licensed TAT (Tourist Authority of Thailand) operation. Our team are all first aid/O2 trained, we are sponsors of DAN (Divers Alert Network) for S.E. Asia and the excellent Koh Samui hyperbaric facility (24 hr deco chamber) is close nearby.
Small diver groups (maximum 4 people), genuine personal care, long dives (1 hour plus, tables and air supply permitting) and consistent safety standards means that our divers leave us happy and tell their friends. It also means that we can continue to enjoy our work! Large groups of divers/students and shorter dives may mean more profits (short term) but are no fun for either customers or staff. Most of our diving is done from our very own 22 x 5m dive boat. It's set up for a max. 30 divers with kitchen, large toilet/shower, gearing up section and spacious open front deck area. Upstairs there's the captain's cabin, more sunbathing space, seating, plus classroom/ dormitory.
The Dive School in the center of Chaloklum Village is our headquarters and teaching facility. We offer retail sales of most major brands of dive gear, there is a fully equipped workshop where we personally maintain all our SCUBA gear (strictly from new!) and we have (Bauer compressor) tank filling facilities. We now also have a small dive base with our friends in Wang Sai Resort at Mae Haad beach.
Note: We have comprehensive diver insurance, all our staff are diving first aid trained and we are a TAT approved operation.
