We start with calm water skills at Lac Monroe at 9:30 a.m. and graduate to a set of short rapids below the lake. Emphasis is placed on reading rapids, front and back ferrying, eddying in and out, communicating with your partner and canoe safety with time to practice the skills. Canoes, paddles, life jackets, knee pads and a lunch are provided. The session usually ends around 4:00 p.m. Maximum 6 persons (3 canoes) per session. Bring a change of clothes.
The language of instruction is English. Choose your own dates and bring 3 others with you from mid May to mid September.
