The Bear's paradise; so hunters call Kamchatka peninsula, not in vain. The distance of Kamchatka from the rest world, its climatic conditions and also the density of population less than 1 person per 1 km2 have made the ideal base for growth of Kamchatka Bear population, which belongs to subspecies of the biggest brown bears in the world - Ursus arctos piscator. The average weight of Kamchatka Bear is 300 - 600 kg, and the sizes of skin are 8 - 10 ft (270 - 310cm). So, these bears are bigger than their relatives in Chukotka, Magadan or Khabarovskiy region.
If hunter would like to take a big Kamchatka Bear with a splendid skin, has to hunt in spring, because at that time fur is better and the hunt is easier. The snow covers the earth during spring hunt. So, it needs to move on skies or on snowmobiles in hunting estate. On the seacoast small motor boats are also used. Our English-speaking manager will accompany you and help in airport.
