Australia has some of the best big game hunting and fishing in the world. Enjoy fishing for large Marlin and other hard fighting big game fish off the Great Barrier Reef. Australia is famous for its Barramundi, hard fighting Saratoga and other estuarine species.
Besides hunting and fishing, enjoy Australia's wide beaches, the famous Great Barrier Reef, the wild Outback and the exciting city of Sydney with its famous Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

He has vast knowledge of both countries and the game they have to offer. Watervalley Station is a 100,000 acre game ranch near Adelaide, in South Australia. The station offers Elk, Fallow, Axis, Red, Moluccan Rusa, Javan Rusa and Sambar Deer, Water Buffalo and Feral Goat. Accommodation is a comfortable cottage on the station with home-cooked meals.
Hog Deer are available on other game ranches. Buffalo Hunts are conducted approximately 186 miles south of Darwin at Katherine, which is world famous for its Gorge, spectacular scenery and tropical climate, so if you chose a hunt at Katherine you will experience far more than just a "hunt". Accommodation and meals are at one of Katherine's hotels with a swimming pool to relax in at the end of a hot day's hunting. Or experience the Bush and camp out under the stars in a traditional Arnhemland Hunt on a large concession. Greg also offers hunts in New Zealand for Thar, Chamois, Red Stag, Sika, Whitetail, Elk and Arapawa Sheep, and can also arrange great combination hunts in both countries.
