Australia is a vast country as large as the continental USA. A popular destination for adventurous tourists who want to hunt, fish and explore this unique country. Australia has some of the best big game hunting and fishing in the world. Enjoy fishing for large Marlin and other hard fighting big game fish off the Great Barrier Reef. Australia is famous for its Barramundi, hard fighting Saratoga and other estuarine species.

Besides hunting and fishing, enjoy Australia's wide beaches, the famous Great Barrier Reef, the wild Outback and the exciting city of Sydney with its famous Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

*Greg Pennicott Safaris - Greg, owner of this family-run business, has been hunting for 22 years and guiding in Australia and New Zealand for 14 years. He has vast knowledge of both countries and the game they have to offer. Water-valley Station is a 100,000 acre game ranch near Adelaide, in South Australia. The station offers Elk, Fallow, Axis, Red, Moluccan Rusa, Javan Rusa and Sambar Deer, Water Buffalo and Feral Goat. Accommodation is a comfortable cottage on the station with home-cooked meals.

Hog Deer are available on other game ranches. Buffalo Hunts are conducted approximately 186 miles south of Darwin at Katherine, which is world famous for its Gorge, spectacular scenery and tropical climate, so if you chose a hunt at Katherine you will experience far more than just a "hunt". Accommodation and meals are at one of Katherine's hotels with a swimming pool to relax in at the end of a hot day's hunting. Or experience the Bush and camp out under the stars in a traditional Arnhemland Hunt on a large concession. Greg also offers hunts in New Zealand for Thar, Chamois, Red Stag, Sika, Whitetail, Elk and Arapawa Sheep, and can also arrange great combination hunts in both countries.

*Havago Australia hunts are in several regions in Australia totaling millions of areas which offer the very best in hunting and fishing all year round. The Base Camp is located in Southern Queensland where some of the Deer hunting is done. You will travel to Northern Queensland for huge Pigs and Spectacular Fishing. They have the choice of three regions to hunt the "most wanted" and dangerous Asiatic Water Buffalo. They have been operating for the last 20 years and the Outfitter has a lifetime of experience working in the bush. You will have comfortable first class accommodations however hunts are true hunts covering rough rugged terrain. This is country made for deer, wild pigs and buffalo, not man.

Salt water fishing trips are available from either Darwin in the Northern Territory or off the coast of Queensland. Make the time to catch some of our big game fish or a Barramundi Australia's north's prize fish. You can plan to include a saltwater fishing trip in conjunction with any of your safaris.

You can either be fully catered for and at the lodge or bring your own tent and tackle and still have a taste of paradise. The choice is yours! You have the option of fishing in beautiful Lake Bodumba or in waterholes along Mosquito Creek that wind through the 12000 acre property. It will seem like you are in a pristine wilderness area thousands miles away from civilization. Catch Yellow Belly, Silver Perch and Catfish.
