Lake Erie Smallmouth Bass called Bronzebacks, Jumpers, and Smallies by many is a feisty fighter that will cause many a heart to quicken at the first tug on the line. The Bronzeback means a fight at the end of the line with the Smallie doing deep runs with twisting turns and aerial acrobatics in an effort to throw the hook. These Jumpers will delight even the most avid angler with trophies of 20 inches and up!
Bring a premium ten pound line, you will need it! This is Capt. Dave's favorite trip. Fishing the United States or Canadian waters of Lake Erie depending on the season. Smallmouth bass fishing on Lake Erie is fantastic for the beginner as well as the experienced angler. Fishing May through Nov. Rod, Reels, salt tubes and tackle are furnished. Bass minnows, and soft craws extra.
