In addition to the hundreds of elk, whitetail deer, and boar that roam our land, High Adventure Ranch is also home to a wide variety of exotic animals, many of which can be hunted year round.

Axis deer are also considered one of the best tasting wild game meats and with adult males tipping the scales at over 200 pounds, you’ll have plenty on the table for months. The venison is a mild, naturally tender red meat that contains less than 1% fat on average. Management Fallow and Sika doe hunts available on a first come, first serve basis from September 1st through December 31st. These hunts make for some of our most challenging hunts while providing excellent table fare at very affordable prices.
