Group Day Hike:
Description: Come see the best of Glacier in one day. The Glacier Guides offer day hikes throughout the park, from strenuous 12 mile walks to a series of short strolls around Logan's Pass. We require a minimum of 5 people (or the cost equivalent). We can group different individuals to meet our minimum. Our group size will not exceed 9 guests per guide. It is based on the group's interest where we go in the park. The $70 per person charge includes transportation, a mountain gourmet lunch, and the park's most knowledgeable guides. Call and let us know what type of hike interests you. We meet at our office in West Glacier at 8:30am. If you would enjoy a private hike, see Custom Trips on our website. Every Tuesday we have a guaranteed hike no matter how few people sign up.
Meeting Notes: Meets at 8:30 AM at our main office in West Glacier. We are located 1.5 miles west of West Glacier on Highway 2. Look for the blue raft and the Glacier Guides sign directly across from Kruger Helicopter.
Every Tuesday Hike:
Description: Only one day in Glacier? Don't miss the vibrant wildflowers, precipitous peaks and pristine forest of Logan Pass. Come discover why Glacier is called the Crown of the Continent on our weekly day hike, departing every Tuesday at 8:30 am, throughout July and August. Our guides will select hikes based on the group's interests and abilities. All options include a spectacular drive up the Going to the Sun Road, a historic and visually stunning ascent of Glacier's high country. Hikes may include Avalanche Lake on the west side of the Continental Divide; the alpine environment at Logan Pass; or St. Mary Falls and Virginia Falls on the east side of the Divide. Regardless of where we hike, our guides will be full of information and provide a mountain gourmet lunch in a memorable location. You'll end the day knowing more about Glacier National Park and its environment than you ever expected. Please call our office at least a day ahead to confirm your reservation.

Custom Day Hike:
Description: For those of you that want to enjoy a guided day hike without anyone else but your friends and/or family this trip would be for you. We'll gladly take you on a day trip to some of our favorite spots in Glacier, and if you can't meet us at our office your guide can meet you at your hotel as long as you are staying in Glacier National Park. Normal day hikes cover 8 to 12 miles but we will customize your trip to fit the hiking abilities and special interests of your group. Lunch is included. We need a 5 person minimum or a minimum payment for 5 people. Please contact us for further information on Day-Hiking Glacier.
