Our Seal River trip in northern Manitoba explores over 380 km of the subarctic region that makes up so much of Canada. This 14 day trip is littered with glacial eskers that stretch for 100s of kilometers inland, offering the chance to hike and photograph the landscape that stretches beyond your vision.
Harbor seals are found as far as 180 km away from Hudson Bay providing a playful back drop to this wide river. After traversing such rapids as Bastion Rock, Nine-Bar and Peninsula we reach Deaf Rapids and the huge expanse of Hudson Bay. We end our trip in Churchill, treating our guests to a Beluga whale watching tour before returning to Winnipeg. Notes:
