* Your Itinerary:
The first hour of each session will be in-class instruction, followed by two hours of "in-water" instruction. All you need to bring is bathing suit, towel, goggles, nose plugs (see equipment list below).

* Equipment You Supply:
Paddling gear: Swim suit, towel, head strap for glasses, nose plugs and goggles or face mask (recommended)
* Equipment and Services Supplied by the Owner:
- Kayak and Accessories: The boats we supply for the course are single person kayaks (Necky). Each kayak comes with: sponge, paddle, pump, whistle, spray skirt, personal flotation device (lifejacket). Please indicate your lifejacket size when you send deposit.
- Instructors: Your instructors are experienced sea kayakers with training from the B.C.U. (British Canoe Union) with training in C.P.R. and Wilderness First Aid.
