ishing Charters on the charter boat Adventure are closest to the famous Block Island grounds. Beginners, families, and seasoned anglers are welcome on Adventure. Sailing out of Jim's Dock in Jerusalem. We can take a maximum of 6 passengers.
RI experienced a banner year of fishing in 2007. Here at Adventure Charters we expect that same incredible fishing again this year. Book a family friendly flounder or scup charter or an exciting light tackle striped bass or tuna charter. RI is called the Ocean State, and with reason: there are 400 miles of coastline. It is also the home of the famous Striper fishing destination of Block Island. Many big bass are caught there each year. The Narragansett RI shoreline is also good for bass and blues, and has many areas of rocky bottom that hold the hard-fighting tautog. The South shore has many good areas holding a variety of species that our clients like to fish for. Brenton Reef and the Newport area are also good hot spots. Whether you're learning to fish or an experienced fisherman we can accommodate you on a trip.
