After visiting the fortress you can gladden your heart with the best wines in a factory located in the village of Shabo- the first and the only one Swiss colony in the former Russian Empire, which began to exist since 17th century. In the village of Shabo, situated on the left bank of the Dniester River the experts of vine-growing and winemaking dwell and work.

The technology of wine-making and viticulture has been preserved here since the 19th century when Russian Tzar encouraged wine-makers from France and Switzerland to settle down in this picturesque village. You will have an opportunity to plunge into the mystery of wine-producing yourself. The genuine heirs of the vine-growers who are keeping the traditions will unveil all the secrets to you.
