We start the day with a stroll in the alleys of old Jaffa, a continuously inhabited site since Canaanite times (more then 4000 years old!). Making our way through several art galleries and special Jewelry stores, we descend towards the port, pass by the traditional site of the “vision of Peter” (Acts 10), and at the port we can discuss the history of the port, and the “Rock of Andromeda”.
Heading towards the Flea Market we pass by Ottoman period buildings and and after a possible quick-local-lunch break, we return to the car. We now proceed through Neve Tzedek to Rothschild Boulevard, and visit the important “Independence hall” site, where in May 1948 the state of Israel was declared. If time permits we could drive along Tel-Aviv to more destinations.
