The name ‘Aalsmeer’ is a worldwide concept. Aalsmeer brings the whole floricultural world under one roof. From Bloemenveiling Aalsmeer, plants and flowers are sent to all four corners of the globe. Buyers converge on Aalsmeer for the simple fact that it boasts the biggest supply and the best assortment.
The auction welcomes early birds, and a visit is more than worthwhile. Witnessing a flower and plant auction at close range is a fascinating experience. From the Visitor center visitors go along a walkway through the auction complex. Take a peek in the auction rooms, and watch flowers being auctioned in front of the clock, arrangers displaying the products, and buyers working from the auction rooms.
Marvel at the hundreds of carts of flowers below on the auction floor, ready to be auctioned or sent to the customer.
A visit to Leiden is not complete without a walk to the Burcht (Leiden’s citadel). You can virtually see the whole city from this old refuge. You will see the many canals, church spires, narrow alleys, monumental buildings and private almshouses that define Leiden. Visit Leiden and walk on the cobblestones of narrow streets, take a tour along our canals and enjoy the historical facades, monuments and museums.

- Prices can vary because of a tailor made itinerary and all start from Amsterdam (Hotel, Airport or Cruise Terminal).
- Your Driver is also your Guide: he knows the right time saving route, and is familiar with all the interesting places. Let him buy your admission tickets and you skip the lines.
Notes:
When making a tour reservation, you will be asked for your credit card number, name credit card company, expiration date and the name of the owner of the card. We will not charge the card, but hold it for booking purposes only. There will be an authenticity check of the credit card.
Tour cancellation policy: a 50 percent charge of your credit card two weeks before tour date; a 100 percent charge is made 6 days prior to the tour date.
