Option 1: The Mystery of the Lost Atlantis.

Regarding the mystery of the lost continent "Atlantis" many scenarios have been shuffled, but the most widely accepted theory is that this civilization was devastated by a large volcanic eruption. And this is what happened to the prehistoric Santorini, which suffered the largest volcanic eruption of the earth around the year 1635 BC. As a result, the old central part of it sunk destroying the advanced civilization that lived on the island by then. Discover this great mystery visiting the Prehistorical museum of Thera, located in the capital Fira, guided by a specialist. Admire "The Wall Paintings of Akrotiri "exhibition in Firostefani" for a further discovery of a unique ancient civilization. And at the end, relax enjoying incredible views of the volcano with a glass of wine and a "mezze". Tour duration: 3.5 hours. The time and the date are flexible because it is a private tour. Tour is available everyday except Mondays since museums are closed. We strongly recommend to wear comfortable walking shoes and solar protection such as a hat and sunscreen.

Option 2: A panoramic tour designed to make the most of a day in Santorini crossing the island from South to North.

It includes a first stop at the southern cape of the island Akrotiri, an unspoiled area with the greatest view of the Caldera, and panoramic drive along the vineyards and countryside. It follows a quick stop by Vlihada beach for the observation of unique Pumice stone formations and black sand beach. Then, a walk through the cobbled stone streets of Megalohori to admire the unique architecture of Santorini with its warm colors, its "cave houses", roofs on vault and the blue domes of the churches. A light meal is offered in a cozy restaurant at the square of the village in a relax setting to discover local specialties. The second part of the tour will take you through a scenic route to "The Pearl of the Aegean Sea", Oia, at the northeast corner of the island and after visiting the village the excursion will end in Fira, the capital. Approximate tour duration is 5-6 hours.

Option 3: Discovering Villages, Beaches and Local Food.

Admire the unique architecture of Santorini with its warm colors, its "cave homes", roofs on vault and the blue domes of the churches. Immerse yourself for a moment in the quiet daily life of the place walking through the cobbled stone streets of Pyrgos and Megalohori. These villages were inhabited by rich Venetian merchants and illustrious members of the local community during the 17th and 18th centuries, today Pyrgos and Megalohori still conserve their relax lifestyle. Discover the pumice and black sand beaches with their rock and moonscape formations resulting from thousands of years of volcanic activity. Bathe in the blue waters of the Aegean and enjoy a meal by the seaside to taste the delicious delicacies of the best chefs in the area. The tour duration last about 5 hours.
