Florence Arezzo 1 hour to admire the recently restored frescos of the Legend of the True Cross which Piero Della Francesca painted around 1450 for the Bacci family. The town is known for its antiques stores and, one weekend of each month, for its unique outdoor antique market all along its narrows and central streets. We stop at the Duomo and the Vasari house, the artist who created the myth of Michelangelo. You will have some free time to wonder around Arezzo where Roberto Benigni's 'Life is beautiful' was filmed. On the way back we will also stop and visit an enchanting top hill village of Etruscan origins called Cortona, which is the subject of the famous novel 'Under the Tuscan sun'.
