D.E.L.E. Exam Preparation Courses: DELE stands for Diploma de Espaņol como Lengua Extranjera, or "Spanish as a Foreign Language Diploma". It is the only certificate officially recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, for non-native Spanish speakers. This diploma is of great international value for those who are going to study at a Spanish University and who intend to work in a Spanish speaking environment. We recommend that everyone takes a long term Spanish course to prepare for the DELE examination.
Depending on your current level and academic objectives, you may follow the DELE preparation course for the Certificado Inicial (CIE), or Diploma Intermedio (DIE) or the most advanced Diploma Superior (DSE). Our partner school guarantees you high quality courses and support from your Spanish teachers, with a very high percentage of their students succeeding at the DELE examinations.
Levels required to commence course:
- C.I.E. - Intermediate (B1)
- D.I.E. - Advanced (B2)
- D.S.E. - Superior (C1)
- Starting dates: A Monday either 2, 3 or 4 weeks before the examination dates in May, August and November
- Exam dates: May 23, August 22 and November 21, 2008
- Group size: 16 maximum except for the DSE with a maximum of 12
- Lessons: 20 group lessons per week
- Lesson length: 50 minutes

The cultural officer from our Spanish language school organizes a weekly cultural program for students. You can participate in activities such as a guided tour of Madrid, workshops on important aspects of communication (gestures, writing etc), visits to museums, theater, concerts, Spanish cinema, flamenco or Spanish dinner in a restaurant.
