Aruba is blessed with good winds, almost year round. This, together with the flat waters at Fisherman's Huts makes Aruba a pristine spot to learn kite surfing. The water is warm and waist deep for a long stretch. We are always close to you with a safety boat. With its waist deep warm water Fisherman's Huts is an ideal spot to try this exiting sport. Obviously, you have to be an able swimmer to practice this sport.

Faculty Information:
We provide one on one lessons and courses. We give lessons at every level. For the beginners we start on the beach learning how to control the kite. After some time you are ready to get on the water. We have two priorities: your safety and fun.

Other Activities:
Kayaking: Explore Aruba's coastal waters with your own kayak. Use our sea kayaks to cruise along the beach or explore Aruba's mangrove. Kayaks are small and can be taken to a number of locations to explore Aruba's coastline. We can organize trips for you and your party. Combine a trip with kayak, snorkeling and a happy hour (or two) at one of Aruba's many beach side restaurants or rum shops. If you want to we come along and act as your guide. Make kayaking part of you r activity package.

Tennis: Haha, time to brush up these ground strokes again. Use your holidays to get out and take some lessons with our friends from 'Aruba Tennis'. You can book your lessons with them through us, or make tennis part of your activity package. We will arrange your schedule and make sure you will be picked up at your hotel. If you happen to be in Aruba in June or November, you can take part in Aruba's unique beach tennis tournament. This tournament is organized by 'Aruba Tennis'. From far away people come to take part in this tournament.

Surfing: Aruba has some very nice surfing spots. A few times a year there is a good swell on the west side of the island, but usually there are always waves to be found on the more rugged east coast. Wairuri is one of the most reliable spots. Dos playa also has nice short and powerful waves. Surfboard rentals and lessons are available at AAV. For the surf lessons we require an upfront reservation, so we can put your trip together.

Sailing trips: The Blue Melody can take 25 persons.On the afternoon trip we only take 10 to 12 persons!! We sail the calm leeward waters of the island.So no rocking boat at all. On the trip we have serve all sorts of ice cold drinks. Beer is a dollar. The rest is on us!! We stop at the lagoon with the million dollar homes. We'll be like millionaires for a little while! We also have private trips. Trips take 3 hours; 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm, March to August 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm these trips start at the time you want (minimum 2 hours) We sail of the dock close to the Marriott Hotel.

Facility Information:
The lessons include instructions from our kite surf instructor, kite gear, life vest, rescue boat, non-alcoholic drinks (don't drink and fly), pick-up and drop-off at your hotel.
