Specifically designed for food lovers, these courses blend Italian with cookery lessons, organized in collaboration with a cookery school. Courses are organized into 3 and a half hour meetings comprising an hour’s study of Italian, particularly on food-related topics, and 2 and a half hours of practical lessons in kitchen. A lunch or wine tasting session follows. Recipes can be chosen at the start of the course, from traditional Liguria or classic Italian dishes. In addition to the teaching materials provided by our company, each student will also be given a recipe booklet and the embroidered apron.

Faculty Information:
Paola Del Giudice founded and organizes this company. Her education in humanities, together with her further studies in teaching Italian to foreigners, and topped off by her experience abroad, allow her to fully appreciate her students’ needs.
Other Activities:
Wine lovers can join in organized trips to vineyards and wine cellars in the famous area of Gavi in Piedmont.
Facility Information:
These courses will be organized at the cooking school that we work with. All the participants will receive the recipes texts – in Italian, English or French - to take away.
