Classes Program:
- The weekend starts off at 6:30 Friday night with a "Quick and Easy Dinner". Learn the technique for preparing a meal for four prepared in about one hour.
- Saturday morning, the Inn will prepare a full breakfast for your enjoyment.
- Saturday evening, guests will enjoy an "Elegant Dinner Party" menu demonstration cooking class, followed by a seated, served dinner with wine.
- Sunday morning, the Inn will offer a continental breakfast followed by our "Brunch Cooking Class" at 9:30 a.m,. ending your weekend of foods and fun.

Note: All classes are demonstration followed by a buffet of the recipes created in class. Wine will be served with all class meals.

Faculty Information:
John Wilson, owner of the company, is a certified chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. Chef Wilson has appeared in Atlanta on local news magazine shows including: Noonday Atlanta, Good Morning Atlanta, Good Day Atlanta, and CNN Healthwatch.

Other Activities:
The Inn is close to the University of Georgia in Athens and beautiful Lake Oconee. Whether your interests are historic homes, cultural museums, art galleries, UGA football, golf, the Masters, biking, girl friend get-aways, tennis or browsing for antiques, the Brady Inn will pamper you in classic Southern comfort.

Facility Information:
Our accommodations are at The Brady Inn, two 1885 Victorian cottages on the Antebellum Trail in Madison, Georgia's Historic District, offer old-fashioned charm, modern amenities, and true Southern hospitality. Seven bedrooms, each with private bath, are beautifully decorated with Victorian antiques, heart pine floors, and period appointments.
