Lunch and dinner is provided every day of your course including wines and drinks. Accommodation is offered in local gites at preferential rates for our students. Hands on cooking starts at 10am and finishes after lunch (around 3:00 pm) and starts again at 5:30 pm and finishes after dinner (around 10:00 pm). We also offer short courses over three day weekends and specialty courses for specific groups on request. Kerrouet House cooking School also offers certificates on graduation and all recipes are included on completion of the course.

Faculty Information:
Courses will consist of a three course lunch and a five course dinner each day. Cook & Tour courses also include lunch in various restaurants. All notes and recipes are provided by the school and all wines and soft drinks are included in the course.

Other Activities:
Pick up from sea ports, airports and stations can be arranged in advance. Specific menus can be agreed in advance but are subject to seasonal variations and market conditions. Tours can vary depending on demands and logistics but we are flexible and strive to give everyone a great time every time.

Facility Information:
Kerrouet House is a 16th century stone longere which has been completely modernised with new kitchen and dining facilities. Students are accommodated in local village gites adjoining the school.

- For short courses accommodation costs are excluded but are available at preferential rates in local gites within walking distance of the school.
