This workshop is designed for people who are working on a longer individual project and have not been able to make time in their busy lives.
Full-day Workshop: 10:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., from 4:00 - 7:30 (with dinner in the middle), each one will have half an hour to present to others whatever he/she wants to have critiqued and then listen to what the others have to say.
We accept only four writers.
Faculty Information:
Dale Slongwhite is certified in the Amherst Writers and Artists Method (AWA) as described in the book Writing Alone and With Others by Pat Schneider and a member of PEN New England.
Other Activities:
Dale has much experience as a workshop leader, group facilitator and public speaker. Of particular note - she has led numerous workshops and retreats around the country, including creative writing workshops for teachers in Florida, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Mississippi, and Missouri.
Facility Information:
Director Dale Slongwhite holds a B.A. in Communications from Atlantic Union College. She is prepared to share the answers with workshop attendees.
