Sometimes it's hard to know whether the words sound just right when you've written a piece. Sometimes you'd like a trained, unbiased opinion. If so, Dale is available as a writing coach. Together we can sit down, or correspond via e-mail/telephone, at a specific time reserved just for you.
We'll discuss your goals and your work. She will give advice and help to keep you on track. She'll be someone in your corner, cheering you on. This service is helpful whether you are working on a short essay or a longer work of fiction or memoir.
There is no obligation to sign up for a specified amount of sessions.

Dale Slongwhite is certified in the Amherst Writers and Artists Method (AWA) as described in the book Writing Alone and With Others by Pat Schneider and a member of PEN New England.
Other Activities:
From time to time, we offer a free evening workshop for those who have shown interest in order for them to experience what the workshop is like.

Director Dale Slongwhite holds a B.A. in Communications from Atlantic Union College. She is prepared to share the answers with workshop attendees.
