Hands-On Workshop:
*Zuchini stuffed with oysters and spinach;
*Mixed wild greens with grilled peaches, asparagus and warm cilantro pesto vinaigrette;
*Traditional bouillabaise: a nice, firm fleshed white fish with mussels, clams, and giant prawns, tomatoes, onions, fennel, and saffron broth drizzled with extra virgin olive oil;
*Individual chocolate cakes with gooey caramel centers, sauteed strawberries, and fresh whipped cream.
Faculty Information:
CIA-trained Chef John Klonowski is the Director of the Cooking School of Aspen. We recruit and host chefs and instructors from throughout the country to share their talents and skills with our students and guests.
Other Activities:
Private workshops and dinners with both staff and visiting chefs are available.

Conveniently located in downtown Aspen, the facility offers state of the art appliances and culinary tools. The adjacent fine food market allows us to incorporate extraordinary, unique products into our courses and chef's table dinners
