The Westin Mission Hills is the only Palm Springs area resort that boasts a Gary Player Signature course. The Player course is often regarded as the finest course in the Palm Springs area. Its sister course is the Pete Dye Resort course, a par 70 stretching across 6,706 yards.

There are plenty of fantastic dining options at the resort. The recently renovated restaurant, Bella Vista, specializes in Mediterranean cuisine. Dine indoors in a lovely atrium setting or on the patio with spectacular views of cascading waterfalls, colorful gardens and the surrounding mountains. Students can also dine at the four-star Seasons restaurant, which serves grilled entries with fondue-style sauces in a bistro that overlooks the golf courses, or the more casual Las Brisas Café and Caliente Bar.
