Digital Photography Workshops In San Francisco - For beginners & amateurs .. Are you new to digital photography? Did someone gave you a new point-n-shoot digital camera and now you want to learned how to use it ? Planning an expensive cruise to the Caribbean or to Europe and want to preserve those moments. If you are any of these aspiring shutterbugs and want to learned how to operate your digital cameras, then come attend our 3-hour photo workshop from digital basics to advance photoshop skills. You can pick morning or afternoon session (8-11 am or 2-5 pm).Schedules are also flexible.
Topics Cover: Basic photography skills - lighting, exposure, composition, How to use those fancy doodads on your camera, How to prevent blurry shots. How to compose those colorful travel postcards? Why flash improves your photo quality? How to photograph your friends and family in front of famous attractions? Our photo tours/workshops are fun and information. We will be using San Francisco landmarks as our models.
Faculty Information:
San Francisco Photo Safari workshops and tours is taught by a former Bay Area resident and full-time commercial/fashion/travel photographer Elle Gamboa. Elle currently lives in San Diego but travels frequently to Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York to teach various photography workshops with other professionals in the field. We have a variety of top notch professional photographers
who teach for us as well in the areas of fashion, travel, landscape, architecture, fine art, photojournalism, studio lighting, etc.
Other Activities:
Walking the neighborhood, riding the San Francisco Cable car and trolley, bicycling across the Golden Gate Bridge, hiking for landscape photography.
Facility Information:
We meet at Union Square at one of the local Starbucks or coffee shop. Other meeting locations are the DeYoung Museum. Other photo workshops such as fashion, still life, & portraiture are taught in private photo studios around the city.
Notes:
Four-hour basic digital photography workshop - $ 160 per person. Two-day digital photography basics (three hours each) $300 per person. Includes materials and post safari critique.
