Chopsticks Cooking Centre a selection of over 40 titles in Chinese and English bilingual format, developed by internationally renowned cookbook author Cecilia Au-Yang, are available as your ideal learning companion. Subjects include Chinese dishes from different regions, dim sums, low oil cuisine, vegetarian dishes, cakes and bread, vegetable carvings.
Language – Classes are conducted in English, Cantonese and/or Putonghua. Any optional activities are welcome – practice sessions, tests, examinations and certificate could be given to students who have passed his/her exams. Cookbooks, utensils and other cookware are available for purchase.
Holiday Surcharge: for activities held during holidays, the followings would apply:
I. Sunday and Public Holidays - 20% surcharge
II. 1st, 2nd or 3rd day of Chinese New Year - 100% surcharge
Payment – full payment to be remitted to Chopsticks Cooking Centre via telegraphic transfer at least one month prior to commencement of class.

Faculty Information:
Chopsticks Cooking Centre was established in 1971 by Ms. Cecilia Au-Yang, graduate of the Grantham Teacher Training College Domestic Science Course, registered lecturer of the Hong Kong Government. With over 40 years experience in the kitchen and in culinary teaching, Cecilia and her experienced team of chefs from the food and beverage industry conduct classes on various Chinese and Asian regional cuisine.
Other Activities:
Apart from training students, Chopsticks also offers professional advice and services on recipe design, food styling and product promotion for food product companies and culinary product suppliers.
