The advantage of our individual courses is that they are tailored to the specific requirements of the student. The pace and content of the lessons are adapted according to the individual, so that he or she may learn in a relaxed atmosphere, with the undivided attention of the teacher. Business & executive: As Business studies is becoming increasingly more popular Dante Alighieri offer a course that is designed to meet the demands of those students wishing to have a knowledge of Business Italian in order to be able to work in this ever-expanding sector. The course is composed of the more important business components such as correspondence, memos, reports, marketing amongst other topics. It is an opportunity for students to learn and equip themselves with the essential tools for to understand, communicate and work in the Italian Business world. The course is composed of 4 one-to-one lessons per week.
Commercial correspondence: As Business studies is becoming increasingly more popular Dante Alighieri offer a course that is designed to meet the demands of those students wishing to have a knowledge of Commercial correspondence. The course is composed of 4 one-to-one lessons per week.
Faculty Information:
Our teachers are specialized in a wide range of subjects, such as medicine, economics, opera, history, journalism, and use a wide range of media - from newspapers and specialized magazines to cassettes and videos. We can also organize meetings and discussions with professionals from the same field as the student and visits to places of particular interest. For those who appreciate Italian cuisine as well as the language, we offer the optional extra of lunch with a teacher in the best restaurants of Siena, allowing students to learn the language while getting a real "taste" of Italy! We are proud to have worked with several international companies and embassies, such as: The British Embassy in Rome and the Embassies of the USA, Canada, Sweden, Norway, Ireland. Newspapers including Le Monde and the Financial Times, The European Parliament, Electrolux, Ericsson, Philips, Whirlpool, Bayer, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Lufthansa, Deutsche Bank, EVC, Bosch, Credit Agricole, Internationally known artists and musicians.

Other Activities:
Every month the Committee organizes social and cultural activities, such as Italian film-shows, lectures and talks on various aspects of Sienese and Italian culture (for example, the history of Siena and the Palio, Italian Opera, music, politics, fashion etc.), excursions to places of relevant cultural interest and guided tours of Siena.
The following is a typical example of our social program (normally for four weeks – this is a short version!). Monthly calendar of wide range of extra-curricular activities, including excursions through Siena and Tuscany, wine and cheese tasting, films, lectures, concerts, bike riding, parties, dinners, etc.
