French Course:
- You want to learn French because you would like to work in France
- You want to be able to communicate correctly during your internship in France
- You want to improve your French level
- You professionally need to speak with French guests or tourists in your country.
Our objective is to get you to be able to speak French as a professional language (kitchen, food & beverage, hospitality) as well as a general language for the daily using (transports, shopping, tourism). We also intend to introduce France to you and to impart to you something about French culture, French civilization and French “way of life”.
The program depends on the average level of the different groups after evaluation (initiation, improvement, conversation) and their specialization and can be conducted in English (for beginners) or in French.
All programs include specific vocabulary, dialogs and typical expressions according to your specialization as well as general vocabulary, texts and debates and also information about professional reality and daily life in France.
Pastry and Sugar Decoration Course:
- You are a student in Hospitality Management and you want to improve your knowledge in fine dining and learn French at the same time
- You are a professional in the pastry, you want to improve your knowledge in modern French pastry and to learn to create sugar decoration (one star Michelin level)
- You are a pastry Chef, you want to grow professionally and to get a better job
- You want to discover French Pastry and Sugar decoration during 4 weeks
- You are an individual, you want to learn French, more about French Pastry and at the same time to enjoy visiting the south of France.
Length of the program: 12 weeks with 30 hours of lessons per week, including 15 hours pastry hands-on classes and 15 hours French lessons. All week-ends are free and you have 1 week off to visit France. The Program includes 3 modules of 4 weeks. Students work in teams to help each other and learn together.
Note: For the students holding a student visa, the school will provide 4 months of internship in a luxury hotel-restaurant or restaurant in France. During the internship, the student will receive an indemnity of approximately 400 € per month + full board and accommodation.

All our teachers are graduated and highly qualified, with a vast experience in the field they teach.
Other Activities:
A beautiful beach at 5 minutes walking, and tennis course next to the Resort!
Facility Information:
Students are accommodated in apartments for 4 persons, with 2 bedrooms, living-room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a terrace to sit or eat outside. The city center, the shops and the beach are about 6 minutes walking from the Resort.
A bus line (bus stop in front of the entrance of the Resort) brings you every day to Agde Railway station if you want to visit the cities nearly! A heated swimming pool is free for the students in the Resort.

Note: A deposit of 300 € will be required at your arrival and refunded upon your departure (in case of no damage in the apartment). At the departure 25 euro/per person will be charged for the cleaning of the Cottage.
