*Length of the course: 2 weeks of 5 days, 6 hours hands on classes per day (from Monday until Friday).
*Public concerned: Restaurant Managers wanting to give a new direction to their cooking methods, private people wishing to eat very well and loose weight at the same time, health center, nutrition center, or other professionals of the health.
*Location: Cap d’Agde. The Week end free between the two weeks gives you the possibility to visit the region!

Faculty Information:
Located nearby Montpelier, well-known for its various Universities, our school is located in Cap D’Agde, a famous seaside resort on the Mediterranean cost.
We offer cooking and pastry hands-on classes, French and European Wine lessons and Food and Beverage Service Courses and practical.
We are not only a French culinary institute, but also a school where you can learn French Culture, French language and professional vocabulary.
Do your enrollment on line and at the end of the program, we will provide a French Gourmet Certificate or Diploma.
Other Activities:
A bus line (bus stop in front of the entrance of the Resort) brings you every day to Agde Railway station if you want to visit the cities nearly! A heated swimming pool is free for the students in the Resort. A beautiful beach at 5 minutes walking, and tennis course next to the Resort!
Facility Information:
You are offered apartments for 4 persons, with 2 bedrooms, living-room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a terrace to sit or eat outside.
