Located near Dengfeng, China, the Tagou School is world renowned for Martial Arts training in all forms - including Kung Fu, Karate, Tai Ji, and Qi Gong. Training varies and sightseeing is also available. Shaolin Temple monks are training instructors. Training varies by levels and is customized to the group or individual.

Friday, June 26 - BEIJING - Leave Japan & fly to Beijing. Met & transfer to Hotel.
Saturday, June 27 – BEIJING -Full day sightseeing including The Great Wall, Cloisonné, Lunch, Olympic Stadiums, Foot Reflexology
Sunday, June 28 - BEIJING - Full day sightseeing including Summer Palace, Pearl Market, Temple of Heaven, Dinner, Kungfu Show.
Monday, June 29 – SHAOLIN - Leave Beijing via bullet train to Zhengzhou, then 2hr bus ride to Shaolin. Check in to Tagou School Dormitory.
Tuesday, June 30 – SHAOLIN - Shaolin Temple Tagou School full day training
Wednesday, July 01 – SHAOLIN - Shaolin morning training, afternoon tour Shaolin Temple, SongShan Forest, Damu Cave.
Wednesday, July 02 – XIAN -Depart Shaolin via Dengfeng for morning train to Xian.
Thursday, July 03 – XIAN – Full day sightseeing including Terra Cotta Warriors, Warrior Duplication, Cave Village, Tang Dynasty Costume Show and Dumpling Banquet.
Friday, July 04 – BEIJING- Fly to Beijing. Sightseeing including Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City. Herbal Pharmacy, Dai ethnic Dancing Dinner.
Saturday, July 05 - Depart Beijing for Chicago.
