Each weekend offers three demo cooking classes, two nights accommodations, and two breakfasts. All classes are complete with printed recipes. A complete meal will follow each demonstration cooking class with wine. Come enjoy the fun, meet new friends and Getaway for the Weekend. Relax and enjoy Chef Wilson's knowledge.
The weekend starts off at 6:30 Friday night with a "Quick and Easy Dinner". Learn the technique for preparing a meal for four prepared in about one hour. After a prepared breakfast, spend Saturday exploring the local areas.
Saturday evening guests will enjoy an "Elegant Dinner Party" menu demonstration cooking class, followed by a seated served dinner with wine. Sunday morning the Inn will offer a continental breakfast followed by our "Brunch Cooking Class" at 9:30 a.m. ending your weekend of foods and fun! All classes are demonstration followed by a buffet of the recipes created in class. Wine will be served with all class meals.
