Begin the day with continental breakfast followed by morning cooking classes during which you prepare lunch with instruction by Chef John. A light evening meal follows your afternoon excursions. Learn to cook regional favorites based on seasonal ingredients.

We have designed a cooking holiday with you in mind. An all inclusive package of 5 nights' fine accommodations, 6 participatory cooking classes, all meals (with the exception of one lunch) with wines, culinary excursions with transportation and all transfers. Faculty Information:
John Wilson, owner of the company, is a certified chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. Chef Wilson has appeared in Atlanta on local news magazine shows including: Noonday Atlanta, Good Morning Atlanta, Good Day Atlanta, and CNN Healthwatch.

You'll have a morning to explore the quaint town of Greve in Chianti and then on to the charming town of Castellina, where you'll find interesting shops of all varieties. Following a morning of shopping and exploration, we'll have lunch at a local trattoria. On your free day, you may want to take the bus into Florence to see Michaelangelo's David and other famous works of art and historic places.

- Tour local wineries for an in-depth look at how Chianti wine is made
- Visit Rampini Ceramics, where the best hand painted pottery in all of
Tuscany is made
- Sample different olive oils and learn about their unique differences
- Shop and explore the lovely towns of Greve-in-Chianti and Castellina
- See the crafting of exquisite leather goods in a local factory.

Facility Information:
Our 18th century villa nestled in the hills above Greve, a small town in the Chianti region, between Florence & Siena. This beautiful estate is filled with priceless antiques. Your accommodation for the week features five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and a covered terrace with breathtaking views of the countryside.

Cooking classes are held for up to 8 students in a quaint kitchen complete with breakfast area. Following the meal, which students prepare and enjoy on the terrace, relax outside with wines and view the beautiful countryside.
