All the cooking class are held in the morning all year round. No participants are entitled of 50% discount on the cooking class price. A complimentary breakfast will be offered to the guests upon arrival in our restaurant, a culinary diploma signed by the chef, use of aron/s , complimentary bottle of water durign the class , cookign class eslusivity no other bookings will be added when one is confirmed, A Cd cooking pictures of the participants will be given to the guests on their return home.
Program for a basic or advanced course:
- 9.30 a.m - arrival of the guests in the restaurant
- Complimentary breakfast (cappuccino and croissant)
- Short briefing by chef Andrea
- Hands-on cooking class
- 12.00 - 13.00 - Lunch
- 14.00 - 14.30 - End of Lesson.
Basic course of hands-on cooking classes/ sample of the preparations:
- Traditional Italian Food, Bread, Bruschetta, Ciabatta, antipasti, pasta-ravioli, tagliolini, tortelloni, Risotto and dolci (desserts).
- Welcome with an Italian Breakfast (cappuccino and Brioche) on our terrace overlooking the lake.
- Lunch includes a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, coffee or cappuccino.
Each student will have a personalized folder with the recipes. By the end of lesson the students will receive a culinary diploma signed by the chef. a Cd with Cooking classes pictures will be given to the participants .
Cancellation. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival date, we will send back your deposit less an administration charge of euro 50.00. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days you will unfortunately lose 50% of your deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days your deposit will be not refundable.
Faculty Information:
For a small group up to 10 people the cooking class will be held in a charming wine estate in Valpolicella Valley in a beautiful old Villa, preparing a typical menu in combination with the famous Amarone and Recioto wines.
Other Activities:
Students will have possibility to visit the Winery, cheese, grappa, olive oil local producers and to purchase their products. Transportation is included in all our tours.
Facility Information:
The indoor capacity is 18 seats divided in 3 different dining rooms, an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a summer time "al fresco", a dinner for culinary emotions, with the poetry of an astonishing view to the entire lake.

- Basic course for 4 hours will be priced at 90euro
- Basic course for 2 days will be priced at 150 euro
- Basic course for 3 days will be priced at 220 euro
- Basic course for 4 days will be priced at 280 euro.

Notes: A 100 US cheque or a 100 sterling Pounds deposit is requested for your booking. The remain balance has to be settled in cash, or credit card on the cooking class day.
