We offer eleven day cooking and culture arrangements:
- Cooking with Lavender and other herbs that grow around our Villa.
- Cooking for Love with special ingredients and cooking, decorating the table and music around a chosen theme.
- Preserving with Apulian ingredients.
Hands-on cooking in small groups with lots of input from our guests in the menu etc. In Italy every fruit, vegetable and herb has so much more aroma and flavor! Cooking with Lawanda and other herbs: we will start in the garden, choose our menu from different possibilities. It's amazing how many lovely dishes you can make with the herbs from your garden!
In the case of Cooking for Love: our ingredients and dishes will be a bit more special. Cooking for or with your beloved or for dear friends. Each group will choose a theme (secret to the others) and together with them we will build the menu, the table-arrangements, the music.
Preserving bell peppers stuffed with tuna, salsa (the base for your pasta sauces) egg-plant, spicy lemons, lavender sugar, marmalade and many other specialties. You will get hooked to having all those delicious preserves available! You can also stay in our B&B and in the years we have had many guests that want to orientate to moving to the south of Europe!

- We love organizing dinners for family and friends and there's nothing like cooking together as a couple.
- Or cooking for your beloved.
- We love fusion and Apulian food is really very special!
- We hope to install some of our enthusiasm in our guests and above all teach them to improvise, to use your imagination, to learn to enjoy cooking and cooking together, to not see it as an obligation, but as a relaxation and opportunity, a possibility to use your imagination and creativity. To learn not to shy away from entertaining your business guests at home for a change.
- We certainly would recommend companies to send us their works council or staff members that have to work closely together, because cooking together is a very good team builder!
Other Activities:
The cooking lessons will be alternated with excursions to places like Alberobello, the capital of the Trulli and just around the corner, Castellaneta where Rudolph Valentino was born, a local market, Matera featuring in many films, city of rock dwellings and churches, etc.
Facility Information:
A luxury villa in the slightly hilly country-side of Apulia. Veranda's on 3 sides of the villa so you will always find a nice place in the sun or the shadow to relax. Very special rooms with all facilities and air conditioning.
