From Shakespeare to Monty Python, our CEGC provides a unique insight into British culture. The CEGC is typically a one-week course for students who have at least intermediate level English. The course involves a minimum of three trips per week.

Typically these trips include an outing to a Shakespearian play in Stratford-Upon-Avon, a tour of history-filled Oxford (including one of the university’s colleges and one of Oxford’s fascinating museums) and a trip to London to visit some of England’s most famous sights. All trips are accompanied by our Social Manager Sue. Sue is a qualified English Language teacher but also has a great deal of knowledge about Britain’s unique culture. Sue is passionate about the theatre and is a fitness fan, so make sure you wear comfortable shoes when going on day trips!
