Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival to Istanbul. Arrival to Istanbul Airport and meet for transfer to your hotel. Rest of day at leisure as per arrival time. Overnight in Istanbul. (Note: If coming from Greece Islands this tour can be done in reverse order)
Day 2: Istanbul's Jewish Heritage. Breakfast served at the hotel then on to explore the Jewish Heritage of Istanbul while visiting the Galata neighborhood, Neve Shalom Synagogue, Ashkenazi Synagogue, the Balat area, the Ahrida Synagogue and the Jewish Hospital in Haskoy. After the tour, return to hotel and evening at leisure. Overnight in Istanbul
Day 3: Istanbul Sightseeing/Izmir. After breakfast at the hotel meet with guide to depart on another full day tour this time to explore a few of the other important sights of the city. Visit the Blue Mosque, St Sophia, Hippodrome & Obelisk, Grand Bazaar and Topkapi Palace before transferring on to the airport for evening flight to Izmir. Overnight in Izmir
Day 4: Izmir/Sardes. After breakfast depart to visit Bikur Halim and Beth Israel Synagogues in Izmir City then drive on to Sardes which was the capital of Ancient Lydia. Visit the famous Synagogue and Temple of Diana before heading on to Kusadasi with the evening at leisure. Overnight in Kusadasi
Day 5: Ephesus Sightseeing. Breakfast at the hotel and then depart to visit the remains of Artemis Temple, one of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World. Then on to visit Ephesus Ancient City, the best preserved Greco-Roman city in the world. Here you will explore the Agora, Odeon, Curetes Street, public toilets, Celsius Library, Roman baths, Grand Theatre, Marble Street. After a lunch break depart for the House of Virgin Mary and visit the chapel where she is said to have spent her last days. At end of touring, transfer on to Izmir Airport for return flight to Istanbul, on arrival check in to hotel, evening at leisure. Overnight in Istanbul
Day 6: Departure. Breakfast at hotel, check out and as per your flight departure time, transfer on to Istanbul Airport
