Day 1: Thursday - Check In and First Life Coaching Session to set Intentions for the Retreat. Massage/Energy Balancing Treatment. Soak in our outdoor Spa. Star Gazing on our upper Deck.
Day 2: Friday
9/11- Vortex Tour/Ceremony
11-12:30 Reiki Attunement Self Treatment Training
12:30-1 lunch
1-2:30 EFT/Hypnotherapy Session
Afternoon and evening for integration and free time for hiking or soaking in the spa.
Day 3: Saturday
9/11-Medidicine Wheel/Bowl Burning Ceremony
11-12 Medicine Card Reading
12-12:30 Lunch
12:30-2:00 Eft/Life Coaching session to set goals and meditation for the future
2-3:15-Massage energy balancing treatment.
Day 4: Sunday - Check out and transit to Airport.
