| Christmas in Vienna |
| Submitted by carolyn on 2010-09-11 04:21:47 (via www.holidaystoeurope.com.au) |
| Twinkling fairy lights, softly falling snow, the smell of freshly roasted chestnuts tickling your nostrils, a mug of hot Glühwein (mulled wine) to warm your insides, brass bands marching through the streets……. it sounds like a fairytale, but this is real. This is Christmas in Vienna.

Absolutely amazing article, Carolyn! Was it the 2009 Christmas you spent in Vienna? I am actually thinking about going to Europe this winter with my family. Should I make a present to my kids and spend the Christmas in Vienna? |

Thanks for your kind words. It really is a beautiful city and your kids would love you for it. It would be a Christmas they would never forget. |
