30 years ago, most westerners confused Thailand with China or Taiwan. What is it that made Thailand famous and well-distinguished among other countries nowadays? You probably guessed… it’s the Thai food (having me as a great fan too). Here are some secrets about the Thai food and the way it’s served in its home country… I’m already hungry.

This is a brief and clear overview of Thai food. It's not too long or too replete with unkown words, as articles about Asian cuisine usually are. It's just short and simple enough to give you a basic idea of what to expect from Thai food. Now that I know it's to my liking, I can look for further information about Thai cuisine...

Just looking at the picture makes me hungry... I'd go for fruits for desert as well - nothing is freshier and healthier ;o)

I think I will like Thai food too. Sounds so delicous. BTW I remember I have read an article about somebody doing a cooking class on Thai food. Let's see if I can find and post it...
