| What a wonderful story! A great inspiration for your wedding celebration:) I would definitely like to run barefoot on the sand in a wedding gown, especially on a non-touristy beach in Greece. There are many funny moments and particularities about Greece, its culture, food and people, not to mention the spectacular views...

| Spain is THE hotbed of modern architecture right now, as evidenced by a recent exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Besides visiting great architectural projects from Madrid to Bilbao to Barcelona and Valencia, I checked out the Catalonia of modern Spanish painters like Juan Miró, Salvador Dalí and Pablo Picasso.

| Achille Island? Sounds pretty exotic, and it indeed is! They have their own language, they used to have massive shark fishing, so that sometimes the sea would be red of blood; from here the word “boycott” would appear. And one more thing… the people here are the most hospitable in the world. Where the island is? Read and check it out!

| Genova – one of the most beautiful Italian cities, also known for its very delicious food. You know what idea came to me when reading this article? That I would like to stay somewhere in Genova, admiring the Alps, listening to the Italian music, eat Italian food and delight myself with a glass of great wine. Not bad tastes, no?

| What a funny introduction to Deutschland culture! To avoid being labeled as crazy and ending up to the police, then, when passing strangers, you must ”cease speaking immediately, and as you pass them in total silence, give them a long, hard stare.”

| “Vous les vous couche’ avec moi?” might be one of the questions asked when traveling alone to France. This trip would make for a good romantic comedy subject. Unfortunately, ladies, the end is not what you’d hope it to be. Well, you can take it as: to be continued…

| “The one thing you fear most while traveling is losing your passport, right?” – Well, this happened to the mother of this article’s author in the Rome airport in a trip to Sicily. I enjoyed a lot reading this; it is very nice and intriguing in the same time.

| The strong wind and the choppy sea, the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks and the screaming gulls, combined with the magnificent light of the late afternoon… This is Slains Castle. Anybody knows why is it called so?

| Oh, this is such a cool article. London from a very different perspective. Concise and to the point, fun to read, and challenging to think and reevaluate some things in life. Great job, John!

| I honestly liked this article. It has a note of sadness about it, but it also uses a very sophisticated style, which I truly value as a great talent on the part of the author. I must confess though, when in Venice, I have not taken the time to contemplate on its fate in connection with the history. I saw it more through romantic glasses…:o)
