Having some experience of stalking deer and lamping foxes and rabbits in England my thoughts turned to the possibility of a shooting holiday. My wife also enjoys shooting and has recently acquired her own deer rifle so we could consider a wide range of options.
Less well known than the Czech capital, Cesky Krumlov is perhaps 'Prague in Miniature'. As in Prague, there's no shortage of attractions here with the magnificent castle watching over the elegant town square, and an abundance of Baroque and Renaissance architecture.
Prague is a spectacular highlight of any European trip. Although some of its attractions as the famous astronomical clock and Prague castle are worldwide renowned, there is still much left to be discovered along the city's medieval cobbled streets. Prague's charms can be hardly resisted and one will be determined to return again and again.
